Use :
Clean lips thoroughly of any residue,
Carefully peel off each patch without touching the micro needles.
Press carefully into the middle of the lips making sure the needles are pressed and not smoothed or massaged.
Then leave to stand for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
1 time per week maximum.
